What is AIm-PG?
An adaptive study companion for NEET-PG and INI-CET. Synapse builds a daily schedule from your exam date, hours, and subject confidence. PYQs and mocks teach why the keyed answer is right and why each distractor fails.
Is AIm-PG medical advice?
No. It is an educational prep tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace textbooks, faculty, or clinical judgment.
What is Synapse?
Synapse is the planner: phase rings, streaks, and a Catch-Up Pool so missed blocks reschedule instead of collapsing the week. It recalibrates around your exam date and available hours.
What is the difference between Synapse, Pro, and Pro+?
Synapse covers scheduling, Catch-Up, streaks, and stats. Pro adds the PYQ stream and bookmarks. Pro+ adds practice sets, full-length mocks, and AI-generated variants. Plan prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play at checkout.
How do I restore a purchase on iPhone?
Open AIm-PG, open the subscription or paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel or change a plan?
Manage billing in Apple settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AIm-PG. Cancel anytime; access continues until the paid period ends. Annual subscribers may add a 30-day Exam Extension where offered in-app.
I paid but Pro / Pro+ did not unlock
Restore purchases, confirm the Apple ID, and force-quit then reopen the app. If it still fails, email support with the Apple order ID or receipt email, approximate purchase time, and the plan you bought.
How do I delete my account or study data?
If you are signed in, open Profile, tap the Account card, then choose Delete account on the account details screen. Delete account only appears when you are logged in. If you cannot reach that screen, email aim.pg.app.support@gmail.com from the address on the account.
Why is a question or explanation wrong?
Flag it in-app if available, or email the question ID / year / exam (NEET-PG or INI-CET), the option you believe is correct, and a short source. We treat content reports as high priority.
Does the schedule work if I miss a day?
Yes. Missed sessions go to the Catch-Up Pool and are redistributed instead of forcing you to “start over.” You can also adjust daily hours; Synapse rebuilds around the new capacity.
When will the app be on the App Store?
AIm-PG is still in development. This FAQ URL is ready for App Store Connect as the support page when the listing goes live. Store buttons on this site will update when the apps ship.
